Our 4-wheeled exo cars, aka pipe cars, have as many features, benefits, varieties and innovations as our 3-wheeled masterpieces.
They also have front or mid-engined configurations, they have open or closed cabins, they can be 1-, 2- or 4-seaters, side-by-side or tandem, with handlebars or steering wheels, with bike or car engines, and much more.
The primary consideration is their lightness, because all body panels and superfluous parts have been stripped away, thereby increasing acceleration and performance without having to modify the standard engines at all, and resulting in fuel savings of up to 80% when compared to their donor vehicles.
They have an exo frame, bearing homage to nature's creatures that have exo skeletons (external skeletons), like crayfish, prawns, shrimps, grasshoppers, locusts and crickets.

We need immediate capital to set up our new factory in the W. Cape and to start producing trikes and exo cars for public consumption on a national level.
I have made contact with the mayor and president of the local chamber of commerce of a coastal town on the Garden Route. They are keen to meet me and introduce me to influential businesspeople in the area.
We are therefore asking you to invest in Fusion Trikes and in its Founder and CEO, Paul von Wildenrath, to help us upgrade the business so we can become a major automotive manufacturer. We will totally disrupt the industry and we will soon be taking market share away from the traditional players, who have had a monopoly for long enough now.
There is a lot of money to be made in Fusion Trikes for everyone who wants to help us grow the business from a workshop to a fully functioning factory space, producing 200 trikes a month, or more!
We are going to take the motoring public by storm!
Ford recently built a factory in Rosslyn, Pretoria, to build a single model, a bakkie, and it cost them R4 BILLION!
To build a fully-fledged factory for our trikes and exo cars will cost nowhere near that, only R40-R50 million at our peak, but we can get started and in production within weeks with just R1million, which is our initial fundraising goal.
Once we have reached this goal, we will need another R2 million and from then on we will be self-funding.

We are asking for your investments to get us on the same playing field as the Big Boys, because there are SO MANY PEOPLE who want what we produce! Indications are that we will have at least a 4-year back-order list, unless we can produce more trikes and exo cars quickler.
And we are working on a way to speed up production, enabling us to build several trikes a DAY, instead of a MONTH!
So that you know your investment is safe, and to give you an idea of the potential we have at our fingertips, and why we know we will be successful, besides all the accolades we have received from the press, business and individuals, is because there are 12 million vehicles on the roads in S. Africa.

What's In It For You, as a Donor?
1. Profit Sharing
Donors will share in the profits made by Fusion Trikes at the end of Year 1, to give us time to grow a decent dividend.
20% of the nett profits will be divided proportionally between our donors. The more vehicles we build and sell with our donors' help, the more profit we make that everyone then earns a share of in proportion to their donation/s over the first 12 months.
In the 2nd and 3rd years, as sales and profits increase, we will pay out a dividend every 6 months.
People who put in small amounts will earn profits for 1 year, those who put in larger amounts will earn profits for 2 years and those who put in the largest amounts will earn profits for 3 years.
We have created several income packages.
There are lower percentage shares for smaller donations and higher percentage shares for bigger donations.
There are a few variables to take into account, eg: no. of contributors/investors//backers, size of each investment, total capital received to date, no. of vehicles built and sold, timeline, profit margins, ROI based on sales and timelines, and incremental increases in all the above.
Therefore, to create the most attractive returns for investors, we are looking at a total return of 20% of our nett profits per annum, shared proportionally by each donor. The more you put in, the more you get out, and for longer.
Our first dividends will be paid out after we have been in production for 12 months so we can build up our profits.
Thereafter, if production and sales exceed expectations, a dividend could be paid out 6 months or even 3 months into the 2nd and 3rd years.
The percentage dividend to be shared will be determined by the profit margin, but will not be less than 10% of the total nett profit from the outset, and not greater than 20%.
Your returns and timeline will be in proportion to the size of your investment.
You can increase your returns by making larger contributions and by making monthly contributions instead of a once-off investment. On the Donate form below, you will see several contribution options that you can choose from, or you can set a custom amount.
• Backers’ returns will be a proportionate amount of the nett profit dividend, so the more you invest, the more you get out.
The more trikes and exo cars we build and sell and the faster we do it, the more often your dividends will be paid out to you.
• Become a Team Leader. Bring friends, relatives, co-workers and social media friends into your Team and give them a chance to make some money by helping us, too. Every member of your Team will receive a proportionate return, based on the size of their investments.
• Preferential Discounts and first pick of new stock are benefits automatically provided for all our investors. Everyone will receive an email or a phone call to let them know when new trikes and/or exo cars are available, and they will get first choice to buy before they are shown to the general public. I plan to produce 20-30 trikes initially, and then invite everyone to a gala dinner to unveil the new arrivals, and to give you all a chance to view and even test ride the new vehicles and meet the artisans who created these dream machines.
• Other benefits will be introduced gradually that you can partake of, like a multi-currency, international ewallet and debit card.
When you introduce others to the card, you'll earn a percentage of what they spend ad infinitum; we'll also have a patented fuel enhancer and our own brand of quality coffee at special prices for our investors. (With "bulk buy" discounts for the trade).
Disclaimer!
The following Income Examples are basic calculations used to easily explain how donors' returns are generated.
They do not drill down into the complex calculations necessary to accommodate different numbers of donors, all with different amounts donated, and all at different times. Actual amounts will differ from the scenarios presented below.
Income Example #1:
Let's say we get 100 donors each donating R10,000 to Fusion Trikes to complete the first R1,000,000 goal.
We build and sell 4 trikes a month for the first 3 months, 10 trikes a month for the next 3 months and 16 trikes a month for the last 6 months of the first year. That's a total of 180 trikes for the year.
We make an average nett profit of 20% (R40,000) on an average selling price of R200,000.
Total nett profit is 180 trikes x R40,000 = R7,200,000.
The donors' total return will be 20% of 20% = R1,440,000.
That's a RETURN of R14,400 per donor after only 12 months. A nett profit of R4,400 each, or 144% on their investment.
The BREAK EVEN for the 100 donors in this example (ie: they each get their R10,000 back) is 125 trikes built in 12 months (an average of 10.42 trikes per month) and sold for an average of R200,000 each, for a total turnover of R25,000,000.
Income Example #2:
Assume production and sales increase in Year 2 by 50% to 270 trikes (which they will), an average of 22.5 trikes per month, and we get another 200 backers with R5,000 each to make up the second million we require, and the first 100 are still in the program.
We now have 300 backers, but with different donation amounts.
The total dividend payout is still 20% of 20% nett profit, calculated as follows:
20% ROI of (12 months x 270 trikes x R200,000 x 20% NP) = a total DIVIDEND of R2,160,000 in the second year!
That's a total return of R720,000 for the 200 donors with R5,000 each, or R3,600 for each of them, and R7,200 for each of the first 100 donors who, by the end of the 2nd year, will have earned R21,600 (216%) back on their R10,000 donation!
The more you put in, the higher your percentage returns are!
There are 4 Categories of Returns.
You are listed in one of the following Categories, depending on the size of your donation, and you receive a share of the total available payout, which is 20% ROI of 20% of Fusion Trike's annual nett profits.
Category 1: Up to R100,000. You earn a share of 10% of 20% ROI of 20% of Fusion Trikes' nett profits per annum.
Category 2: R150,000 to R500,000. You earn a share of 20% of 20% ROI of 20% of Fusion Trikes' nett profits per annum.
Category 3: R750,000 to R2,250,000. You earn a share of 30% of 20% ROI of 20% of Fusion Trikes' nett profits per annum.
Category 4: R2,500,000 to R5,000,000. You earn a share of 40% of 20% ROI of 20% of Fusion Trikes' nett profits per annum.
Total: 100% of 20% ROI of 20% of Fusion Trikes' nett profits per annum.
■ Everyone's donations are listed in one of these Categories, and that category's percentage is shared by the number of donors in that Category.
■ If you make a one-off donation, you will remain in that category for 3 years.
■ If you make regular donations, eg: once a month or random amounts at random intervals, you can move into higher Categories and earn a progressively bigger percentage of profits, calculated annually, based on your total amount invested.
■ If you aren't able to make regular donations, you can still earn higher percentage returns if you form a co-op with friends and/or other donors. Your combined donations could very well position you in a higher percentage bracket than you would have qualified for on your own. ASK US HOW!
