PROFITS4US is a “Gifting” Program designed to help its members achieve financial independence quickly and easily through a process of “Paying it Forward”.
This process a) ensures the proper selection of the right people as members, b) it is low risk, c) it ensures high uptake from more people and d) it ensures fast income growth as a result.
Affiliates currently do not pay an initial registration fee, only a monthly subscription fee, but PROFITS4US reserves the right to introduce a registration fee at any time in the future, should the need arise.
To those who need them, PROFITS4US sells Business and Sales Training programs to budding entrepreneurs and Business Networkers, and it sells other physical and virtual products and services to consumers. PROFITS4US members earn commission on all the sales they make.
The founder, creator and owner of PROFITS4US has totally reshaped its compensation plan and the way in which new members can subscribe.
Most of the work is done using the tools and methods that PROFITS4US provides.
Selling is voluntary, as members are only required to learn an “invite script” to invite prospects into Zoom meetings where presentations are given and sales made on their behalf.
All complications in PROFITS4US have been removed, making the Program much easier to understand and follow, and making PROFITS4US more affordable for everyone to participate in.

All members are able to communicate directly with the owner and with each other through our forum, also on this website, where questions can be asked and answered for all to read.
The PROFITS4US Affiliate Program provides Affiliates with a performance-based, residual monthly income by giving them the tools and technology they need to a) earn money legitimately, b) cover their monthly overheads and c) create wealth.

The PROFITS4US Affiliate Program is a stand-alone product and is not linked to any medical aid or financial institution.
PROFITS4US Affiliate subscriptions are payable monthly, 3-monthly, 6-monthly or 12-monthly in advance through our secure payment gateway. Subscriptions cover all fixed and variable running costs of the Group, and up to 50% of the income received is repaid in commissions over 3 levels to members who sell the Program to new members. In this way, by motivating your Team members properly (we will teach you how), your income will grow exponentially, far beyond what you can achieve on your own. Look after your Team members! You are going to need them!
Financial Growth happens when everyone SHARES and HELPS one another to achieve their personal goals and to become successful. The more you help others, the more you help yourself.
Therefore, PROFITS4US is not for greedy, selfish or lazy people.
You are taught from the beginning how to choose the right people to join your Team, using our Priority Rating Table, a very powerful and essential marketing tool.
Because all Affiliates pay a monthly subscription to belong to the Program and to benefit from it, they earn recurring monthly commissions on every Program subscription they or their Team members sell, 3 levels deep.
Members earn up to a total of 50% commission on all new sales that they and their Sales Team are directly or indirectly responsible for introducing to the PROFITS4US database.
For example, you earn 25% on your personal sales, 15% on those members’ sales and another 10% on their members’ sales. Total: 50%.
These commissions are paid monthly in arrears, directly into each member’s chosen bank account or ewallet (provided, FREE). All fees, bonuses and commissions exclude government tax.
1. PROFITS4US is described as an online retail and network marketing training company with an Affiliate Program that provides a source of income to all individuals who help us to market and sell our brand, and whose facilities are open to all registered individuals 18 years and older, as well as entities such as businesses, schools, clubs, religious groups and charities.
PROFITS4US provides Affiliates with:
a.) A comprehensive business training program that teaches entrepreneurs and SME owners (mainly) how to start and run a successful online business, how to sell, how to advertise and how to treat staff and customers properly for maximum productivity;
b.) An Affiliate Program that pays active Affiliates bonuses and commissions on one or more levels for the sales of products and services to new Affiliates and customers;
c.) Access to a growing selection of products, services, activities, facilities, features and
benefits, of far greater value than their monthly subscription fee;
d.) An Affiliate’s Login Area where they can update their profiles, get training, view their
downlines and commissions and communicate with their upline and downline Affiliates;
e.) Unique Affiliate login data and referral link;
f.) Access to discounts, cash backs and special offers provided by suppliers;
g.) A free and secure ewallet and virtual prepaid card (coming soon);
h.) Additional features and benefits, rewards, bonuses, incentives, competitions, products or
services deemed to be of benefit to its Affiliates as described on the PROFITS4US web site.
Affiliates understand that their decision to join the PROFITS4US GROUP is purely voluntary and that they should actively grow their customer / Affiliate database through word-of-mouth or media advertising.
2. Affiliates must be of legal age before joining PROFITS4US, failing which, a parent or legal guardian may assume responsibility for a minor. The Affiliate is solely responsible for all of its activities and shall be solely responsible for the declaration and payment of all local taxes as may accrue because of the Affiliate's activities in connection with this Agreement.
3. The PROFITS4US services may be used for lawful purposes only. The transmission or storage of any material in violation of any local, international, federal or state law or regulation is expressly prohibited.
4. Affiliates are Independent Affiliates, Contractors, Associates or Agents of PROFITS4US.
Nothing in this agreement shall be construed as creating franchisees, joint ventures, partners or association between the Parties or making the Affiliate an employee of PROFITS4US and Affiliates are prohibited from stating or implying, whether orally or in writing, otherwise. In all of its operations hereunder, the Affiliate shall be deemed an independent Associate / Affiliate / Contractor / Agent, shall conduct its business at its own cost and expense and shall have no authority to make any representation or warranty on behalf of PROFITS4US. Affiliates have no authority to bind PROFITS4US to any obligation and at no time shall the Affiliate represent that the Affiliate represents or is authorized to obligate or act on behalf of PROFITS4US, unless expressly authorized by this Agreement or with the prior written consent of PROFITS4US.
PROFITS4US is not responsible for liability, health disability and workmen's compensation insurance. Affiliates set their own hours and determine how to conduct their PROFITS4US activities, subject to the PROFITS4US Agreement and Policies and Procedures as contained in this Agreement.
5. As Independent Contractors / Associates / Agents, Affiliates will not be treated as franchisees, owners or employees of PROFITS4US for income tax purposes including, with respect to the South African Revenue Service, unemployment act, or any other local statute, ordinance, rule or regulation.
6. Affiliates will not make false or misleading statements about PROFITS4US’ benefits or Affiliate Position, and the Affiliate understands that false or misleading statements to enlist an Affiliate into their group will result in the immediate termination of that Affiliate's Affiliation.
